You have a stand booked, a stage to fill or an audience to reach after the doors close. We make what runs on the screens, what opens the session and what goes out the same week: loops, stage graphics, highlight edits and speaker films, to the venue's technical spec, from one studio.
●Stand and screen loops: silent, captioned films for your exhibition stand, LED wall or lobby screen, built from the films and product footage you already have, in the pixel map the organiser sends.
●One-minute promotional films about your products or services, made to run on a loop on the screens behind the stand or the stage, with sound and without.
●Venue and stand visualisation: 3D previews of the auditorium, the stage set, the stand and the lobby graphics in 3ds Max, so the room is signed off before anything is built.
●Stage and LED graphics: openers, holding screens, session titles and speaker name cards in your event identity, timed to the run of show.
●Highlight and sizzle edits: a short film from the day's rushes while the event is still news, plus cutdowns for every channel.
●Speaker, interview and client-story films shot on the stand or in a side room, cut and subtitled, delivered the same week.
●In-venue 360 and VR: a 360 film for a headset or a dome on the stand, filmed or rendered, stitched and finished.
●Internal communications and yearly roundup films for the all-hands, the awards night and the conference close, cut to the room they play in.
●Versions for every screen and duration, with loudness set for the venue or silent with captions, named and checked before the build-up.
How it is priced
By the day, agreed in writing before the work starts. The loops, the graphics and the edit come from one studio, so the stand, the stage and the social cut all look like one event.
After Effects and Premiere for the graphics and the edit, DaVinci Resolve for the grade, Logic Pro for sound, Nuke where a shot needs fixing, 3ds Max for 3D.
Filming
Crew in London and Helsinki, local crew elsewhere, directed by us.
The work
Event and venue work that is public: a convention bureau's business events campaign, the ultra-wide LED screen animation for a charity's Halloween ball, screen content for a broadcaster's venue, a ballet company's international dance day, a 360 journey made for a headset or a dome, a charity's yearly roundup film, the stage and screen graphics for a creator event, and the venue visualisation below.
Screen and backdrop graphics
Stage backdrop and screen graphics for Meta's #FlexNaija creator event in Lagos, November 2022: the Meta Spark campaign visual and the digital-collectible quote cards that ran on the screens between sessions.
Venue visualisation before the build
A festival venue in Seattle, 2024: auditorium, stage set, stairs, lobby and ribbon wall modelled and rendered in 3ds Max for the events agency, with the sponsor graphics placed, so the client signed off the room weeks before the build.
A loop set and stage graphics from the material you already have inside that time, with a first version to approve within days. A filmed piece needs a shoot day in the diary, so the earlier you say which, the more fits before the doors open.
Yes. Send the technical rider: pixel map, aspect ratio, duration limits, file format and loudness. The masters are built to it and checked against it before delivery, and odd shapes are a version, not a problem.
Yes. In London and Helsinki with our own crew; elsewhere in the UK, Europe and the US with a local crew booked and directed by us, so the footage comes back to the same editors who cut the loops.
Yes. The screen content, graphics and edits are made here and delivered to the stand builder or the organiser; German, Dutch and other language versions come from the same master through our versioning service.
By the day, agreed in writing before the work starts. A stand loop set from existing material is a few days; a filmed highlights piece is the shoot day plus the edit days; stage graphics are quoted as a set.

Motiohead have been an absolute pleasure to work with - consistently high quality work, very speedy, trustworthy and well priced. I'd definitely recommend to others and I'd also definitely work with them again. They are also excellent communicators and are very accommodating with updates to briefs, which has been a real help. We'll be working with Motiohead again for sure.
